I was born at Southport on the Gold Coast but have grown up in Ipswich my entire life. I’ve always loved performing, especially theatre. Working with children has become a new passion of mine. I currently study a Bachelor of Performing Arts at Federation University in Ballarat, but come back home to QLD for the holidays. I have been engaged in singing training for 14 years but have focused my professional performance training on the last four, having performed any different types of gigs such as singing as a group soloist for the Hear and Say Charity Gala. My proudest performance was last year as the lead, Lisa Miles in an Ipswich performance of Ladies in Black.
I love to cook, bake, scrapbook, draw, jewellery make or anything crafty and creative!
My favourite character is Anna from Frozen. She defines herself by her needs and wants. She is sweet, dorky yet strong and brave. She’s incredibly relatable because sometimes she does struggle with fear, and wants what every human desires, love. Her love is not bound to only romance, Anna embraces all types of love. Her simplicity and complexity makes her beautifully human.
The special moment that for that hour or two, those children believe you are the real deal. Just the pure unadulterated joy that emanates from children is infectious. As adults we forget the ability to play. Entertaining allows me to find my inner child and put a smile on all those young faces.
At a Spy Detective party one time, I was able to encourage all the children to work together. It was so nice to see so much joyful bonding and teamwork.
The professionalism and fun brought to every single party. This is both on the entertainers side and the office team.
