Who is Pocahontas?
While kids today know Pocahontas from the Disney animated film of the same name, what makes Pocahontas extra special is that her story is real. A Native American, Pocahontas was a peacekeeper between her tribe and the pioneers who came to the area where she lived. After some hostilities, she was captured as a hostage. During the time she was held captive, she met, fell in love and married an English adventurer. Unlike the film’s ending, the real Pocahontas travelled to England with her husband and lived there for some time.
Our Pocahontas Entertainer
Our Pocahontas entertainer has a true-to-film Native American costume with a traditional fringed hem and plenty of decorative beadwork. She looks so authentic, she might just have travelled from her Native American village to be the Pocahontas entertainer at your child’s party. We know she hasn’t, though, because she’s one of our top kids party entertainers, and has all the necessary qualifications for working with children as well as full Australian documentation.
Pocahontas-Themed Party For Kids
Our Pocahontas entertainer keeps the kids engaged with boatloads of fun from the moment she arrives. In line with her adventurous personality, she’ll encourage all the kids to participate, from sing-alongs of classic songs like Colours of the Wind to face-painting, interactive treasure-hunting games, and a whole host of other Pocahontas-themed party activities. The kids will be clamouring to have their photo taken with our Pocahontas entertainer, and she’ll be more than happy to pose alongside them. She’s fantastic at distributing cake and party packs, too, and she’ll always be happy to lend a helping hand wherever she’s needed.
