What Affects the Price of a Central Coast Kids Party?
Every quote is tailored to your party. Here’s what goes into it:
- How long the party runs: 1, 1.5 or 2 hours
- The type of party: a character party, an activity party such as science or slime, a magic show, face painting or balloon twisting
- How many children, and so how many entertainers
- Travel to your suburb
As a guide, 1 hour suits up to 12 children, 1.5 hours suits 12 to 20, and 2 hours suits more than 20. For more than 25 children we recommend two entertainers.

Can I book a science or slime party at home?
Absolutely. Science and slime parties come to your home, park or hall on the Central Coast. They suit children aged 5 to 12, and because they get messy they work best outdoors.
Can I book a magician or face painter on their own?
Definitely. Magic shows, face painting and balloon twisting can be booked on their own or added to a character party.
How much does a kids party entertainer cost on the Central Coast?

Are your entertainers Working With Children Checked?
Every Fly By Fun entertainer holds a current Working With Children Check and is trained by us, and we carry $20 million public liability insurance.
How far ahead should I book?
Book 4 to 6 weeks ahead if you can, especially for weekends. We also fit in last-minute parties whenever we can, so call 1800 359 293 to check.
How long do parties run, and how many children can come?
Party length depends on the number of guests. We recommend 1 hour for up to 12 children, 1.5 hours for 12 to 20 children, and 2 hours for more than 20. For more than 25 children we recommend a second entertainer.
What do the kids party packages include?
Everything needed to entertain your guests: the music, spot prizes, props and all the bits and pieces for the games. You just provide the venue, furniture (chairs and tables) and food for the guests.
What ages do you cater for?
Children aged 1 to 12. The party style and activities are tailored to your child’s age and interests.
