Booking Policy

Upon booking with Fly By Fun, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit by credit card to secure the booking and then the remaining amount will be automatically charged seven (7) days before your party or event.

Cancellation Policy

The $50 deposit payment is non-refundable. If you cancel more than seven (7) days out from the booking, the remaining amount will not charged and you will simply forgo your deposit payment.

If you cancel within seven (7) days of the booking, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking then you will not receive a refund.

If you postpone the booking due to wet weather or illness, you will be charged an additional 20% of the total amount of the booking.
