Yoga
Yoga is a type of mediational exercise that originated in India but is now practised worldwide. It involves a series of often complex looking postures that appear to be extremely difficult to execute and that require you to have a body made of elastic to perform. Don’t be fooled. Kids are great at yoga and take to it like ducks to water. Yoga is reputed to have numerous health benefits including improved circulation, and enhanced flexibility as well as aiding the body’s metabolism to function better. From experience, we know kids are not bothered about any of that, but do love twisting their bodies into all the weird and wonderful yoga shapes.
Our Yoga Party & Workshop Entertainers
Apart from being super at teaching kids yoga moves, our yoga party and workshop entertainers are great at arts and crafts. They really are multi-talented and that makes us exceptionally proud to have them on our books. If you want a few traditional party games alongside the yoga entertainment, they’ll be more than happy to organise those too. Yes, our yoga entertainers are more than happy to tie themselves in knots to keep the kids entertained, and we’ll get to just how they do that in a minute. The most important comes first. Yoga Themed Entertainment
Whether you’re planning on providing yoga entertainment for ten kids or fifty, our yoga entertainers will start off by getting the kids to colour in some fantastic and intricate mandala designs. They’ll follow that by showing the kids how to create a wall hanging from macramé then get them involved in some simple yoga warm up moves. It’ll then be time for the yoga fun to begin. You can expect lots of giggles as the kids copy the yoga party entertainer’s moves because sometimes not being able to do something can be twice as much fun as getting it right first time.
