No, there is no limit to the number of guests that can attend a party. Based on the number of guests, we will suggest a recommended number of entertainers to ensure that all guests have enough time to enjoy the activities and so that our kids party entertainers can keep everyone entertained. As a general rule, if you plan to have more than 25 party guests, then we recommend having a second kids party entertainer.
Each of our kid’s party packages include the music, slap band prizes, party props, and bits and pieces that we use to run the event. You will need to supply the furniture (chairs, tables) and food for the guests as well as anything else you’d like to give them on the day.
We can work indoors, outdoors, at a local park, in an events hall, or even in your home – it’s completely up to you. We recommend that your space has enough room so that all guests can comfortably sit in a circle and so that we can safely entertain and move around.
The duration of your party will depend on the venue and the number of guests that you have. We recommend the following:
- 1hr for parties with up to 12 guests
- 1.5 hours for parties with 12-20 guests
- 2 hours for parties with more than 20 guests
These party durations ensure that all guests have enough time to enjoy the games and activities that our kids party entertainers will run throughout the course of the day.
