Frequently Asked Questions
There is no limit to the minimum of maximum number of guests that can attend a party. Based on the number of guests that you anticipate (we know numbers can change!), we will suggest an appropriate number of kids party entertainers and party duration to ensure that all of your guests have a day they won’t forget. As a rule of thumb, we suggest that parties of more than 25 children will need a second party entertainer.
Our children’s party packages in Brisbane include the music, slap band prizes, props, and various bits and pieces that are required to throw the party. You’ll need to provide the furniture for guests (tables, chairs), as well as the food and anything else that you would like to offer them on the day.
There isn’t a minimum size (or shape) that is needed! We can work indoors, outdoors, and even at your home. Some of the most popular event venues that we work from in Brisbane include parks, event halls, backyards, and other event spaces. We recommend that you have enough room so that all guests can sit in a circle comfortably so that they can play, and we can entertain safely.
It depends on the number of guests and your venue, but we typically recommend the following:
- 1hr for parties with up to 12 guests
- 1.5 hours for parties with 12-20 guests
- 2 hours for parties with more than 20 guests
The length of the party and number of children’s party entertainers required ensures that all children are safe and that we have enough time for all guests to enjoy the different games and activities that we play throughout the day.
