Frequently Asked Questions
There is no limit to the maximum number of guests that can attend your child’s party. Based on the number of guests that you intend to have, we’ll suggest an appropriate length for the party entertainment and number of entertainers to ensure all guests are safe and entertained. As a general rule, we recommend that parties with more than 25-guests have a second entertainer to ensure our kids’ party entertainers can give all guests the attention and care they need.
Party times can vary based on the number of guests that you have. As a general rule, we recommend the following –
- 1hr for parties with up to 12 guests
- 1.5 hours for parties with 12-20 guests
- 2 hours for parties with more than 20 guests
This guide ensures that we have enough children’s party entertainers to keep all guests entertained and safe and so that all guests have enough time to enjoy all of the games and activities that we will play.
Our children’s party packages on the Gold Coast include the music, party props, slap band prizes, and the various bits and pieces that we use to keep the kids engaged and entertained throughout the day. You’ll just need to provide the furniture, food, and anything else that you’d like to give the guests on the day.
There is no minimum size or shape required for the venue. We can work in your home, backyard, at the local park, or at a private venue like a hall. We recommend that you have at least enough room so that all party guests can sit comfortably in a circle so that we have enough space to play and move around comfortably.
