How many guests can attend the party?
There is no minimum or maximum limit for guests that can attend your child’s party. Based on our experience, we can provide recommendations on the appropriate number of entertainers and the appropriate duration of the party to ensure that your child has a day that they won’t forget. In general, we recommend that for parties of more than 25 children that you should have 2 party entertainers.
What’s included in a kid’s party package?
Our kids party entertainers in Melbourne will provide everything that’s needed to get the party started and keep it going! That includes music, slap band prizes, stickers, and all of the bits and pieces that we use to keep them entertained. You’ll just need to provide the seating, food, drinks, and whatever else you’d like to use to decorate.
How big should the venue be?
As a mobile party entertainment company in Melbourne – we come to you! You can have your party wherever you like! Some of the most popular party venues include parks, function centres, halls, backyards, and a range of other open spaces. We can provide indoor or outdoor party entertainment services depending on your venue and the weather conditions.
As a minimum, we recommend that you provide enough space so that all of the party guests can sit comfortably in a large circle.
How long do parties go for?
It depends on your venue and the number of guests. But we typically recommend a 1hr party for up to 12 children, 1.5 hours if you are having 12-20 children, and 2hrs for more than 20-children.
The length of the party and number of children’s party entertainers ensures that children have enough time to experience all activities and receive adequate attention and supervision.
What ages do you cater for?
Our kids’ parties cater to children aged between 1 to 15 years of age. We provide a diverse range of different parties and entertainment to suit children of all ages and interests. Can we have more than one entertainer?
You can! In fact, we recommend hiring more than one entertainer for group sizes over 20 to have more hands to entertain and ensure every child is accounted for. It’s also ideal to have more than one entertainer for children’s birthday parties over 12 years old, so the games and activities are even more engaging. With that said, hiring more than one entertainer for any size or age group can help maximise the fun. The more the merrier, we say!
What if it rains and the party is supposed to be outside?
If it rains, don’t worry – at Fly By Fun, we always have a backup plan. Our entertainers are both adaptable and flexible – we can make all games and activities suitable for an indoor party. All you need to do is clear a space inside and we’ll take it from there!

If you can’t find the right theme or character, we can tailor any one of our themes into one that your little one will love.
